The River International Revival Network has partnered with Welton Academy to present their annual East Coast Gathering in Charlotte, North Carolina. The speakers will feature some of the Five-Fold Council of Welton Academy's Supernatural Bible School, as well as Rich and Lindy Oliver, the Apostolic Overseers of The River.
